I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel in the main village, just a couple of hundred meters away from the beautiful lake. The location was absolutely perfect, allowing easy access to the ferry and other commercial services. The hotel offered a wide range of amenities, including a ski pass vendor, which was very convenient for those who enjoy winter sports. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing me with valuable information and assistance for tours and tickets. My room was spacious and well-equipped, complete with heating, a mini-bar, a sitting area, and a lovely terrace with garden furniture. I must also mention the delicious dining options available, with a dining restaurant, bar/lounge area, outdoor dining area, and even a snack bar. All in all, this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
I highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

Ideal location for bike tours. Tranquil green surrounding. Super clean clean rooms. Delicious breakfast on the terrace. Polite, friendly, and flexible staff. Really good stay. Comfort and convenience. Nice garden, spa, and pool area.

We loved this hotel's location in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the ferry to the beautiful nearby lake. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were great, including a clean swimming pool, sauna, and a Tex Mex restaurant on site. We also appreciated the convenient hotel parking.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Great location, close to the lake. Nice lobby area. Easy check-in process.
The Christmas buffet dinner was lackluster and overpriced. the staff seemed disinterested and unwelcoming.

The hotel is located very close to a beautiful lake, making it easy to enjoy the scenic view. the small quiet village adds to the peaceful ambiance. the hotel facilities, such as the pool and sauna, provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
The quality of the meals was quite disappointing and left something to be desired.

The hotel had good facilities such as a nice pool and sauna. The location was perfect as it was very close to a beautiful lake and surrounded by a charming village. We also enjoyed the sunset views from the pier belonging to the hotel.
The WiFi was unfortunately unreliable and slow both in our room and in most other parts of the hotel. Another downside was that the sauna did not have a late closing time, closing at 9 pm. however, it was a great experience and we would recommend it to others.
